I hope you enjoyed some of the many personal moments of our NICU journey. I thought that it would only be right to testify to the glory of Jesus Christ about some of the other highlights we experienced during the 6 months she was in the hospital.

I’m going to break these tips into 2 categories: Resources and Personal. While this is probably going to be the most helpful to those whose babies are spending over 90 days in the NICU, there will also be some basic information to help most parents experiencing what we often called the “NICU rollercoaster” journey.
First read Proverbs 31:10-31
(click HERE for the King James and Plain English Translations) I was going to title this "The Worthy WIFE" but even an unmarried woman who possesses these qualities is just as worthy. When you read this chapter you see a model for the qualities Godly women should possess. She may not have them all, but she can definitely take something from most of them because she learns the necessary skills inside AND outside the home, becoming a woman with PURPOSE. By providing for her family and making a living through the examples given, she's teaching other women to live a life pleasing unto the Lord. She gives sons an example of wisdom as they are pursuing wives, who have been prepared to compliment them as they walk in their purpose. She works hard to be a wonderful businesswoman, wife, mother, daughter, friend, niece, or sister. She's not lazy or idle, but someone making a difference in whatever way she can contribute.
